The program times are approximate. The organizing society, in agreement with the President of the Jury, reserves the right to intervene on any of the aspects outlined above in order to optimize the conduct of the competition, in relation to the number of entries or in the face of changed conditions. It will be the responsibility of the same society to notify any changes to the rules, upon the closing of entries and possibly convening a meeting of the team managers during the event itself.
Video demonstrations of the routes will be available online on the "Cortina360" Facebook page by the evening before the race.
Senior and Under 17/19/21 category in a single round of competition.
The rankings of the Under 17/19/21 categories will be extrapolated from the Senior qualification.
Mode of competition: Qualifying on 2 routes in flash style and final on an on-sight route.
Athlete registrations must be made by the club through the Online pre-registration system on the F.A.S.I Sports Management by no later than 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 with subsequent confirmation and payment of the fee on race day.
Collection of bibs and payment of the entry fee will only be possible in block by the responsible Team Manager by 09:30.
Late pre-registrations will not be accepted.
Entry fee: € 20.00
Mandatory company T-shirt for all athletes during the race and awards ceremony.
Obligation to be present at the awards ceremony for podium athletes.
Gymnasium bar "Guide Bar" remains open all day, possibility to eat toast, sandwiches,drinks

Maximum number of routes: 6 routes at the same time

For the Under 11 and 13 categories: 2 flash trials for all and a third flash trial for 50% + one of the athletes present in the partial ranking drawn up after the first two trials.
For the Under 15 category: flash style qualification on 2 routes. On-sight final accessed by 50% of the athletes + one with a maximum of 8 athletes.
