Dear data subject, we would like to inform you that the "European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data" (henceforth "GDPR") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. Cortina360 srl, as the "Data Controller" of the processing, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, therefore, provides you with the following information:

A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: Cortina360 srl will process personal and/or sensitive data that will be entered in the form.

E. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of your data, collected and stored in connection with the completion of this form, has as its legal basis your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: subscription to the newsletter

F. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA: To the extent relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, private companies, appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Data Processors and Data Trustees in office are punctually identified in the Privacy Document, updated periodically.

G. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD: The collected data is not disclosed to the Holder's foreign associates or Managers located in third countries, or other third country companies

H. PERIOD OF ST ORAGE: The data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed ("principle of limitation of storage," Art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines stipulated by legal regulations. Verification of the obsolescence of the retained data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

I. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: The data subject shall always have the right to request from the Controller access to his/her data, rectification or erasure of data, restriction of processing or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability, to withdraw consent to processing by asserting these and other rights under the GDPR by simple communication to the Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

J. BBLIGATORY OR NO CONSENT: We inform you that the provision of data is for some fields optional and for others (indicated by an asterisk) mandatory, and failure to provide them will result in failure to submit the form.

K. METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING: The personal data you provide, will form the subject of processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulations and the obligations of confidentiality that inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with computer tools and on paper media as well as on any other type of suitable media, in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures provided by the GDPR.
