MATTEO FURLAN

Cortina360 Mountain Guides

Class of 1988, Vicenza-born and Cortina-born by adoption. After competitive parentheses in soccer and road cycling, with ski mountaineering the great passion for the mountains born since childhood thanks to my parents comes back to light.

The passion grows more and more and the luck of finding a job as a Civil Engineer in Cortina d'Ampezzo allows me to experience the mountains at 360 degrees every day of the year: icefalls and freeriding in winter, ski mountaineering in spring, multipitch, via ferratas and high mountains in summer, crags in autumn!

Every season allows one to enjoy the Dolomites to the fullest, and 2018 marks the end of the long journey to make my passion also a job, thus becoming an Alpine Guide.
