2-DAY SKI MOUNTAINEERING TOUR
Cortina360 Guides want to take you on a two-day ski mountaineering tour in the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park bordering the Ampezzo Dolomites.
A two-day outing with an overnight stay at Rifugio Fanes or Lavarella (depending on availability), the refuge is strategically located for winter ski tours, starting already at a good altitude (about 2,000 meters above sea level) to reach the wonderful peaks that surround it.
PROGRAM
Saturday, departure from Cortina, transfer by cab to Lagazuoi cable car yard and ascent. Ski mountaineering trip with traverse of Forcella del Lago and descent on the opposite side towards Passo Tadega. Time about 4 hours.
Descent to the refuge and overnight stay.
Sunday, breakfast and ascent to Mt. Casale , about 1000 m elevation gain, 4 hours.
Descent to Cortina through the Fanes Valley.
PRICE: From âŦ 455 per person (minimum 3 participants)
DATES: Weekends or at client's discretion.
WHAT THE PACKAGE INCLUDES: Package includes 2-day mountain guide, equipment while supplies last, artva kit shovel, probe,transfer to Falzarego Pass, cable car lift ticket, overnight stay in refuge with half board ( drinks not included).
WHAT TO BRING: Ski clothing, recommended layered clothing, a change of clothes, sunscreen, double gloves and double cap,helmet, slippers and a sleeping bag (can be rented at the lodge) for the night in the lodge.
WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR: Skiers with an intermediate to advanced level of ski touring.
Trips may be subject to change due to weather or dangerous snow situations.
