Description
The purpose of the multi-pitch rock climbing course is to encourage crag climbers to safely climb long multi-pitch routes in the mountains. Participants will learn how to rope on these terrains, learning to become autonomous in progression, belay construction and various belaying techniques.
A way to approach the fascinating world of 'classic mountaineering on rock routes and unspoiled corners of nature.
Program
The course will take place over a total of 3 days including one theoretical evening and two outings in the environment.
Topics covered
Choosing a route appropriate to one's abilities.
Constructing belays with fast and non-fast protections.
Positioning fast protections
Basic self-rescue techniques.
Abseiling
Managing possible emergencies
Theoretical Afternoon
It will be held at 6 pm at the dedicated room in the Cortina360 gym. In this appointment, the guide will present the course content, the material needed for the 'outing in the environment and can be a moment of discussion for any doubts/questions.
First day in the environment
Meeting Cortina 360 gym at 8.00 am- Coffee and participant count, material pickup
Arrival at the guide's chosen area based on weather conditions and need.
Packed lunch to take with you
Return mid-afternoon at Cortina 360 gym
