THE NORTH FACE signs new partnership with Cortina360 and its Mountain Guides to strengthen its presence in the world of climbing and mountaineering

With this new collaboration, the world's leading outdoor brand
confirms its commitment and investment in two particularly strategic areas
and offers the local community of enthusiasts a new way to approach
and experience the excitement of these sports

 

Stabio, xx - The North Face signs an important new partnership with Cortina360, an indoor climbing gym in Cortina that offers indoor climbing on more than 80 routes from 3b to 8b+ on a maximum height of 24 meters and up to 30 meters of development.

 

As part of this collaboration, The North Face is also forging an alliance with Cortina 360's Alpine Guides and Mid-Mountain Leaders, a team of professionals trained to the highest national standards of the Collegio Nazionale Guide Alpine Italiane and international standards of UIAGM and UIMLA. The North Face will provide the Guides and the entire Cortina360 team with the best of its collection dedicated to climbing and mountaineering.

 

The partnership between The North Face and Cortina360 aims to contribute concretely to the dissemination of climbing culture, involving and expanding the increasingly numerous and passionate community of climbers, and to strengthen the link between the brand and the world and mountaineering, a discipline that has always been deeply rooted in the brand's DNA.

 

The collaboration will take the form of a series of events, talks and initiatives dedicated to all lovers of mountain sports and beyond, hosted by one of the most famous climbing gyms in the Dolomites.

 

To inaugurate this partnership, on Saturday, August 20, on the occasion of Global Climbing Day, Cortina360 will host the free event open to all organized by the brand to coincide with this anniversary since 2017, the year the "Walls are Meant for Climbing" campaign was launched, designed to offer a different perspective on the concept of the wall, which becomes a place in which to challenge oneself and in which to establish bonds, feeling part of a community.
